Engine monitoring & diagnostics

Our MDS 4000 monitoring and diagnostic product range provides a window into the performance and behaviour of your diesel engine. Based on established theories of engine behaviour, JAQUET‘s MDS 4000 measures the finite variations in rotational speed and from that calculates engine torque, power output and most importantly cylinder work in real time. This can then be used for control and display or for engine health analysis and trend recording. The payback is in reduced fuel consumption, minimized maintenance costs and the avoidance of catastrophic failure.

Regulation, overspeed protection & event logging

The new T500 product offers 2 fast speed to analogue converters that may be used for regulation purposes. In addition, 4 limit relays are available for start control and over-speed protection. Uniquely, JAQUET‘s T500 offers the ability to construct system limits e.g. logical combinations of temperature and speed or perhaps speed and oil pressure.

JAQUET‘s T600 takes this product to a higher level with the addition of CAN and Ethernet interfaces and the provision of diagnostic capabilities for the OEM. Critical events are also logged with time and date for later analysis and display on a PC.
