<h6>Quality management is a key strategic task</h6>
At JAQUET the quality management is a holistic corporate wide approach under-standing our customers' overall objectives, in all levels of service: from R & D to ma-nufacturing and customer service.
The real value of quality is comprised of two main principles:
- High Quality is the final product characteristic that describes how accurately JAQUET has realized the needs and requirements of its customer.
- High Standard Quality can not be controlled, it has to be produced.
High quality standards are only accomplished if the people, organization and leadership of the company work together seamlessly. Quality objectives can only be reached if the quality strategy supports the company's competitiveness, core competence and future growth.
JAQUET has succeeded in finding the right balance between the guidelines and regulations of a modern QM system while maintaining the flexibility and productivity of a medium-sized, strongly growing company. A constant improvement of the quality management is seen as an essential factor for the company's success in the future as well.
<h6>Long experience in standardized quality management</h6>
JAQUET has a long experience and tradition in quality management due to its focus on the markets that can only accept a ZERO product defects.
JAQUET's first quality system was established on year 1967, and since then the systems have constantly been improved and modernized to meet the requirements of a developing technology and growing production volumes. JAQUET received its first ISO 9001 Certification in 1995. For the automotive business JAQUET first obtained QS 9000 certification in 2001, and since 2004 JAQUET is certified by the new automotive QM standard ISO/TS 16949.
<h6 align="justify">The actual quality standard is to be proven in the final product </h6>
The quality of our products stands on four pillars: I) the cleverness of the design II) the fit and performance of the product III) the productivity and equal, standardized quality in the manufacturing process and finally IV) the reliability and functionality of the end-product.
We extend our concern of the quality to the final product, and ensure that our customers' specific quality standard requirements are met. JAQUET has and/or is conformed to numerous product certificates (incl. KTA, Germanischer Lloyd, Ex certificates) and procedures (incl. APQP, PPAP, FMEA analysis, individual identification and traceability of products/components/materials). We also conduct regular audits of our sub-suppliers according to the ISO standards.
