Your order confirmation number is on the Order Confirmation document you received from JAQUET (e.g. 06/123456) or on your Invoice as Order: (e.g.) 06123456.
The Order Confirmation number has to be entered in the form: 05123456
You need as well your client number, which you will find on the same document right above your invoice address or if you do not have an invoice address above your order confirmation address. This is a six digit number.
If you do not have an order confirmation by JAQUET yet, it is not possible to track your shipment.
If the order has not yet been shipped, you will not find a shipment tracking.
